Following word of mouth referrals and successful negotiations, we are very pleased to have secured new school contracts with Arnold Hill Primary School, Arnold, Kenilworth Schools, Kenilworth and The Holgate School, Hucknall. This brings the total of our regular grounds maintenance contracts to around 320.

Ulyett Landscapes have achieved a successful audit this week, EQA reported no major non conformances and were very pleased with everything, particularly how we have moved forward with our training programme.

We have been successful secure another school contract for the Walter Halls School in Nottingham. This is going to be managed by our very experienced Grounds Maintenance Manager who looks after many of our school contracts and we very much look forward to starting in April.

We are pleased to announce our success at securing a 3 year Grounds Maintenance contract with a new client Lutterworth Parish Council. We are very much looking forward to maintaining the parish for this client and hope to build a strong and happy relationship.

We are pleased to be working with Laing O Rourke on the new Bulwell Health Centre. We are creating a childrens play area complete with totem pole, timber walkways, a fire pit and soft landscaping. This is one of many contracts we have worked on with Laing O Rourke and are happy to continue our successful relationship.

Ulyett Landscapes are pleased to hear that we have submitted a successful pqq and now have the opportunity to tender for the grounds maintenance for Lincolnshire Community Healthcare trust.

  We are proud to say that we achieved our re-certification to ISO 9001 through EQA on Thursday 14th July 11. Well done to the management team!

Ulyett Landscapes are pleased to secure a place on East Lindsey DC framework following submission of their tender in January 2011.
