We are now recruiting for immediate start an office based Health & Safety person and a Quality & Environmental Co-ordinator. The roles are currently occupied by one full time person but can be split to part time roles if necessary.

The successful applicant for the Health & Safety role will be a holder of the NEBOSH certificate and be experienced in working in a H&S field preferably in the construction or landscaping industry. The role includes working with the external Health & Safety Advisor to ensure the companies policies and procedures under OHSAS 18001 are maintained, advising and preparing risk assessments, managing the company training requirements,tool box talks and chairing quarterly meetings. The full role however will be explained at interview.

The Quality & Environmental Co-ordinator would be responsible for the maintenance of the company business management system incorporating ISO 9001 and 14001 policies and procedures. Qualifications in this field are an advantage as is working in a similar construction or landscaping business. Tasks include working alongside the Health & Safety person updating procedures and forms, auditing, undertaking management reviews and maintaining our accreditations.
