Ulyett Landscapes Ltd, recognises it’s responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act to provide a statement of policy along with the necessary arrangements to ensure it is effectively communicated and kept under review, having regard to ensuring compliance with Regulations made under the European Framework Directive.

The attached document, which contains the Policy Statement, Responsibilities, Arrangements, Rules and Safety Procedures form the basis for ensuring all Employees are able to work in a safe manner. It will be explained to all Employees during induction training when they join the Company and a copy will be attached to their contract for their retention. The Health and Safety Policy Statement will be displayed on notice boards near all places of work and in each vehicle folder. A copy of the complete document will be available and at head office and all static locations.

The Safety Director and Company Safety Advisor will review the document annually. It will be amended whenever new legislation or codes of practice are introduced which could affect our systems of work. All amendments will be distributed to and fully explained to all employees.
